Phil Trevett
People Director – HRPhil joined Hopkins in Feb 2023, after gathering 10 years’ experience of working at a senior level as a HR professional. He brings with him a wealth of People experience, as well as a passion to develop those around him.
After starting his career in retail with John Lewis, Phil gained sales and leadership experience with multinational brands like Tesco and Carpetright Plc, before diversifying into a career within HR. Since then, Phil has worked within the financial industry, as well as the Construction industry with Elliott Brothers Ltd.
Here at Hopkins, Phil is responsible for driving the People strategy across the organisation, as well as delivering a sustainable HR function that supports the business in achieving its objectives.
