Commercial

Our Commercial department offers support throughout the business through the early tendering stages of a project, through to contract award and throughout the construction of the project.

Support is provided to the Major Projects department, Regional Contracting department, Special Projects and Energy departments, such that all projects have the level of support required to suit.

We have developed a team that are familiar with the complex demands and pressures associated with the construction industry, and our experienced team can influence the projects to assist in mitigating any potential risks before they occur.

Headed up by our Commercial Director, Richard Niziolek, our Commercial Team is built up of Commercial Managers, Senior Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
