As a team we are regularly organising social events. Whether that includes Comedy Club nights, bowling, or even axe throwing! 🪓

In July 2021 Hopkins became sponsors for the Hedge End United FC under 7’s who play the Eastleigh and District Mini Soccer league at
Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. The club’s ethos aligns with Hopkins with a focus on teamwork, respect, sportsmanship and playing with a smile!

J&B Hopkins continually review who our charity partner is. Fundraising events are held throughout the year in order to support our partner. Since 2019 Hopkins’ charity partner has been The Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

The company have a great history of encouraging social activites i.e team bowling, comedy nights, christmas parties which is a great way to let off steam in what is a high-pressure industry. Newer staff members have been bought in with a view of developing the company for the better and this is evident. There is increasingly more of a focus on mental health and promoting the same.

There are a lot of company events, from team bowling to charity skydiving. Team-Leaders/Lower management are excellent, their behaviour really helps breeds a positive working environment, they are more than happy to answer any questions. The steps made in recent months to update and focus on the employee's mental health and well-being is a welcome change.
