The Team

Here's a few Design team headlines...

  • We've just launched our first ever development program that maps out the first 8 years of our designers training!
  • We have a 26 Strong inhouse design team made up of apprentices, Junior Designers, Document Controllers, CAD Technicians, REVIT Technicians, Design Engineers, Design Team Leads, Design Support Technicians and a BIM Manager
  • Our longest serving Design team member has been with us for 22 years.
  • Most of our design team are based from our Solent offices.
