Neal launched his engineering career through Haden Young’s student programme, gaining early experience on major projects with Balfour Beatty. He joined J&B Hopkins in 2011 as a Design Engineer and steadily advanced through roles in project and contract management. Now Regional Director for the Thames Valley Office, Neal leads complex design and build projects, with a strong focus on education and specialist services.
